Questions about online math classes
What grades do your online math classes cover?
Kindergarten through grade 12, in four bands: K–2, 3–5, 6–8 and 9–12. High school students are placed by the course they are taking, such as Algebra 1, Geometry or Precalculus.
Are the math classes live or recorded?
Every class is live with a real tutor. There are no pre-recorded lessons. Children answer questions, work problems on a shared whiteboard and explain their thinking out loud.
Can my child get help with what they are doing at school?
Yes. Tell us what unit your child is on and where they are stuck when you book the trial, and we use that to place them in a group at the right level.
How much do online math classes cost?
From $399 per child per month for a group of 8, $649 for a group of 4 and $949 for a group of 2, each with 8 live 50-minute classes a month (CAD $549, $899 and $1,299). The first class is free.
Who teaches the classes?
Tutors who live in the US or Canada and pass a background check before they teach. Every class is live; nothing is pre-recorded.
